1. If you are having problems with net congestion:

Most of the time, if you back up the file a little bit by clicking on the arrow pointing to the left (on the Real Audio/Video Player), this will take care of the problem.

     2. If you are getting error messages, or having other problems getting your Real Audio/Video working properly, click here.

     3. Some of the recordings are not clear:

We have improved our recording equipment, and will be "renewing" the programs that are not so clear.
